At Admission Wala, we are committed to providing reliable and professional college counseling and admission support services. However, as our services involve personalized consultation and guidance, certain refund limitations apply. Please read the policy below carefully.

ELIGIBILITY FOR REFUNDS

Refunds will only be considered under the following conditions:

• Duplicate payment was made due to a technical error or system glitch.
• The counseling session was not delivered and the delay was caused by our team, without any resolution or rescheduling offered.
• A service was booked and canceled **within 24 hours**, and no session or documentation was initiated.

NON-REFUNDABLE CASES

Please note that refunds will not be issued in the following scenarios:

• You attended the counseling session or received any consultation advice/material.
• You canceled the service after work (e.g. college shortlisting, form filling, documentation) has already started.
• You were not satisfied with the outcome (e.g. college admission) after services were delivered in good faith and as per process.

HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND

To request a refund, please send an email with your full name, contact number, payment details, and reason for the refund to:

REFUND PROCESSING

All valid refund requests will be reviewed within 3–5 business days. If approved, the refund will be processed within 7–10 working days to the original payment method.

Admission Wala reserves the right to update or modify this Refund Policy at any time. All changes will be posted on this page with a revised date. We encourage you to review this page regularly.
