NEET (National Eligibility cum Entrance Test) is India’s main medical entrance exam for MBBS, BDS, and related courses. NEET UG 2026 registration started on 8 February 2026 and will end on 8 March 2026. The exam is scheduled for 3 May 2026. Candidates must be at least 17 years old and have completed Class 12 with Physics, Chemistry & Biology. The application must be filled online at the official portal with valid documents. Aspirants should complete the process before the deadline to be eligible for admission

The NEET (National Eligibility cum Entrance Test) is India’s most important national-level medical entrance exam for admission into undergraduate medical and dental courses such as MBBS, BDS, BAMS, BHMS, and allied health programs across the country. It is conducted by the National Testing Agency (NTA) every year to assess candidates based on Physics, Chemistry, and Biology subjects.

This year, the NEET UG 2026 application process is officially underway. The online registration began on 8 February 2026 and will continue until 8 March 2026. All aspiring medical and dental candidates must fill the application form, upload documents, and submit the fees before this deadline to be eligible for the exam


📅 Important NEET 2026 Dates

  • Registration Start: 08 February 2026

  • Registration End: 08 March 2026

  • Application Correction Window: 10 March – 12 March 2026

  • NEET UG Exam Day: 03 May 2026 (Sunday)

  • Exam Time: 2 PM to 5 PM 


🎯 Eligibility Criteria for NEET UG 2026

  • To be eligible to appear for NEET 2026, candidates must fulfill the following conditions:
  1. Age Requirement:
    Candidates must be at least 17 years old on or before 31 December 2026. There is no upper age limit for appearing in the exam.

  2. Educational Qualification:
    Candidates should have completed Class 12 or equivalent with Physics, Chemistry, and Biology/Biotechnology as compulsory subjects.

  3. Nationality:
    Indian Nationals, NRIs, OCIs, and foreign nationals are eligible, subject to other rules and conditions specified in the official notification.


How to Apply

The NEET 2026 application form must be filled out online only at the official portal neet.nta.nic.in. Candidates must keep their Aadhaar card details, educational certificates, valid email and mobile number, recent photograph, and signature ready before filling the form.

After submitting the form and fees, aspirants should save the confirmation page for future reference.
