School of Aeronautics (SOA), established in 1992, is a premier institution offering world-class aviation education in various disciplines, including Aeronautical Engineering, Aircraft Maintenance Engineering (AME), and Cabin Crew training. The institute operates from its corporate office located in Dwarka, New Delhi, and has a main campus in Neemrana, Rajasthan.
Academic programs include: Aircraft Maintenance Engineering (AME), approved by the Directorate General of Civil Aviation (DGCA), this program spans two years, divided into four semesters. The curriculum includes 2,400 hours of training, with 2,050 hours dedicated to classroom and lab instruction and 350 hours in an actual maintenance environment. SOA has partnered with Air India, India's largest Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul (MRO) organization, to provide hands-on training; and B.Tech in Aeronautical Engineering, offered at the Neemrana campus, this program focuses on the design, development, and maintenance of aircraft, preparing students for various roles in the aerospace industry.

The institute has various workshops equipped with instruments, radio, and aircraft electrical equipment, providing students with practical exposure to avionics systems.
